Provides support for those who are experiencing grief through suicide or other death, particularly in the weeks/months after the event when initial support has often ceased. The network is a link and resource service only, and can advise of local professional support services. It does not provide grief counselling or crisis services.
Bereaved by Suicide Support Group
For adults and young people, 17 years plus, who have been affected by the suicide of someone they know. The group, faciliated by professional counsellors and educators, allows members to share their thoughts and feelings around what's happened; discuss the nature of suicide; gain information and ideas about how to care for themselves and others, including children, after a suicide.
